I'll treat you with a snippet from the author's pen: what we see is the very same effect as we have noticed in case of the countless “Arabic inscriptions” on the ancient Russian weapons. It is most likely that the coronation mantle of the Holy Roman Empire had been worn by the local rulers of Germany, a province of the Great = “Mongolian” Empire, regnant on behalf of the main Russian Czar, or Khan of the Horde. The mantle was obviously covered in “Mongol” lettering as a symbol of the “Mongolian” Empire, which was subsequently declared “exclusively Arabic” by the historians. However, back in those days the most important documents and inscriptions were written in Slavic as well as in “Arabic”.[1] That the coronation mantle does bear an Arabic inscription is a known fact and we do know why: because the kings of Sicily at the time were Normans; the population was multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-confessional, with Arabs, Jews, people of Romance and Greek descent, adhering to several Christian and Muslim denominations. Sicily and with it the treasury with the mantle only came later into possession of the Emperor and it wasn't until considerably later that we can say for sure that it was used in the coronation ceremony.[2] The author's use of scare-quoted `"Arabic"` is hardly helpful in this context; the assertion that the Emperor of the HRE was a "local ruler[...] of Germany, a province of the Great = “Mongolian” Empire, regnant on behalf of the main Russian Czar" because the coronation mantle happens to bear an Arabic inscription for crying out loud is utterly deranged and IMHO far below any antiscientific standards established by Flatearthology. *Edit* Further down on the same page[1], the author jumps from the observation that there are both Scythian and Toltek effigies that are shown holding a cup (chalice) in front of their bellies to the claim that this proves the existence of, quote, "a common culture that emerged as a result of the XV century conquest of the Americas by Russia (or the Horde) and the Ottoman (Ataman) empire". Sure, whatever. One should not gloss over the fact that all those deranged fever fantasies, come they from flat-earthers or nationalists, are always targeted against something and someone.
