- alexfromapex 4y agoReally good stuff but I disagree with the need for professional references as it just adds a bias for socially competent which may not be a part of the responsibilities.
- karlhughes 4y agoInteresting. I would argue that social competence is almost always a baseline requirement for team-based work, but maybe not? Thanks for your perspective!
