Sounds like an ETF traded on cryptocurrency markets instead of the stock exchange, perhaps you could call it a "CTF" (crypto-traded fund). Would it be regulated like an ETF or mutual fund? There might even be regulations that make exchanges like Coinbase unwilling to deal with it.
