Editing the Constitution – Upgrade our right to privacy
- hitovst 4y agoThere is no such thing as "upgrading" a right. What we must do is enforce the Constitutional restrictions on state. The Constitution does not grant rights, but official recognize them, and prohibit any government from violating them. Confusing the nature of rights, and the jurisdiction of the Constitution, is part of the reason we suffer a criminal society.
