These are both explicit examples of explicit claims of safety that are still up on their documentation (at least as of 5 minutes ago)

Edit: Updating link to fix truncated urls
- gruez 4y agoThanks for unearthing this. In light of this, I'll admit it looks pretty bad for them.
- jdasdf 4y agoAnd now those are gone. These people need to be in jail. Deleting evidence isn't going to look good in front of the judge.
- nrmitchi 4y agooh. my. god. Everyone pour one out for u/ushakov, hero of the hour: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=31462674 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=31462674
- gruez 4y agoIn this case it's just sloppy copy pasting (copying the truncated link?) breaking the link. The original links from his other comment still works: https://stablegains.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402680425745 https://stablegains.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402680425... https://stablegains.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402687671185-Do-you-invest-in-volatile-cryptos-What-happens-if-crypto-markets-crash- https://stablegains.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402687671...
- nrmitchi 4y agoYupp that was it. I guess that's the better result here. I updated the the parent comment with the correct urls
- anamax 4y agoUntil they are given notice of a judicial proceedings, they don't have an obligation to retain evidence. (There is an exception that doesn't appear to apply here.)
- menzoic 4y agoThe pages are gone... That was too fast.
- gruez 4y agoSee my other comment, the links were just improperly pasted, not taken down. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=31462851 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=31462851
