I work in Deep Learning and I have been using Pop OS entirely for more than one year now. The experience is really good. It is not too polished and not too barebones. And it is extremely reliable which, in my personal experience, matched by only Linux Mint. I use an high-end Asus TUF series laptop. And my experience with the laptop + OS is really good.
