Experience depends on how many humans are under you. If you're a CEO with 0 full time directs, you would have a difficult time moving into an EM role.
- anyfoo 4y agoThat’s my point, except stronger, because number of people under you is not sufficient. If you’ve never written a line of assembly, you will have problems managing a compiler backend team for example.
