I wonder what Prof. Wirth's opinion would be on Oberon+. (It looks and feels different from Oberon-07.)

  You could ask him. Why do you think it looks and feels differently than Oberon-07 or any version before? A valid Oberon, Oberon-2 or Oberon-07 program is also a valid Oberon+ program. The lower case keywords and other simplifications are just an option to make the language a bit more contemporary and attractive for younger generations. Oberon+ doesn't stop you from writing code that looks like it's straight out of the sixties.
