I wonder if France and Germany had pushed Ukraine to follow up on Minsk agreement, would the world have been much more peaceful?
- lalaland1125 4y agoIt's quite hard to follow an agreement like that when the other side is constantly breaking ceasefires and refusing to follow it themselves.
