  We can call it groff, and invoke it via "groff -mandoc -Thtml" The output of such a program might look something like this I think: https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man1/groff.1.html https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man1/groff.1.html

    This renders the manpage as HTML - I read the original suggestion as creating a GUI for the tool itself, from manpages.

        That's a manpages browser. Not a GUI for the tool itself. I.e turn the manpages for curl into a GUI for curl.
