I believe a good chunk of western companies with subsidiaries in Russia will end up pulling out of Russia. The ability to move money in/out of the country makes it infeasible to do business (how do you pay employees if the funding is coming from the parent company? etc). The Google situation seems a little different though as it looks like the Russian government forced their hand.
