You're not searching the right sources. Find the sources that are actually related to real Parmesan cheese, and then search within them. Don't rely on SEO spam sites that want to feed you whatever garbage they're pushing.
Google and other well known sites are easily gamed. You got gamed.
- beardyw 4y agoAh, sorry, thank you, I was fully aware of that. The point I was making was that "the best" is not just subjective, but actually distorted. As I said, I had no idea that Parmesan outside Europe is often not genuine so my search was in good faith and had I not done some research I would not have known. So that is one inadvertent source of distortion for me. The other is commercial as you say. And don't get me started on personal reviews ...
