Ask HN: How are urls shared within your company?

How are links shared internally within your company? I.e links to services/dashboards e.g sentry, grafana etc. I'm looking for a simple solution open source self hosted solution where bookmarks can be shared. It should be just as simple as chrome://bookmarks that is - as you type in the search box it filters based on the bookmark title (client side search) - same as chrome://bookmarks - No need to login to view the links
