That’s 170k/engineer which is well below Bay Area engineering salary. Not sure how much of the TBird team is in the bay vs other locations

  Try 150k? Anyway, I read it as saying "we want to hire more, but we need to increase revenue in order to be able to do so" and not "we will take that money and increase hiring"
