Another flight crashed when the entire crew ignored dire stall warnings for over 90 seconds. Multiple Boeings have crashed because of "protection" anti-stall systems. They thought complex software would be a safe workaround to a hardware design flaw. Humans are crap. Computers are crap. We try to improve both. I just wish we'd stop repeating the same mistakes over and over.
