Browser Extension That Adds Likes and Dislikes to Every URL, Search Results
- beanvessel 4y agoHi, so I'm the creator of this extension. It adds the option to like/dislike any URL, and shows the current like/dislike ratio in search. I've created it because I feel Google Search results order is pretty useless in order to discern between low quality marketing and quality content, which this extension should easily be capable of (with enough users). Currently I'm planning on paying for the Firebase costs using donations (if it gets to the scale where I ran out of Google Cloud free credits). Currently the only login option is "Sign in with Google", since it was the quickest to implement (I decided to publish early to see if anyone else is interested in the idea), but you only need to sign in if you want to rate pages, seeing the current ratio in search doesn't require a login.
