I have cancelled during COVID since I wasn't commuting anymore.
My rant is I'm fairly certain that I have less freedom with the app and more ads since I'm a user that used to pay than before I became a paid user.
I really smell a dark pattern in there and I'm not joking, the app was treating me like a back alley garbage sack after I stopped paying.
- danaris 4y agoWhile I certainly wouldn't put such behavior past them, just from that information, it seems like it's also quite possible that the free-tier experience has just gotten worse overall since you started paying.
