The article talks a lot about how meetings are context switches due to being a distraction and it takes about 30 minutes to get back into flow. What about Slack? What about even email? Even if we worked for some magically company that doesn’t have meetings, if your expected to always be on Slack and reply immediately - you’ll never achieve no distractions.
