Who makes sure the Anti-Corruption Court isn’t corrupt? Is it courts all the way up?
I don’t think accountability on the international level has proven very effective in the past.[0] And I don’t think this would be any different. Especially because those member states cooperation would be determined by people who only stand to lose from being a part of it.
