Twitter execs suddenly have a higher chance of going to jail for fraud.
If twitter is sued by shareholders and audited by a third party, it could end up as anything.
An audit could find that 5% is correct.
But what if audit has a different conclusion and, say, it is actually 15%? If I was an exec, I wouldn't want to find out nor be a part of any discussion internally how accurate the 5% number is.
This might mean twitter has been misleading shareholders for years.
NVIDIA got in trouble with SEC for much less...
