There are like 10 or 20 genres of videogames. Which one will it be? Are you going to shoot aliens or zombies? Only the members of the union can program in the game? Only the contributors of the game can enroll in the union?

It's the opposite. With an open source video game anybody can change the game without the union saying "No".
