This means that when it goes south Biden can let the next president handle the fallout.
- HWR_14 4y agoI mean, it takes time to build structures. If the US only did what could be done in one term, it'd be shortsighted and get nothing done. Similar to how some companies let the quest for quarterly profits overcome all.
