Although one could argue it should.
- snickerbockers 4y agoYou might be right on that. I'm really just frustrated by the way the democrats are rely on unelected supreme court justices to compensate for legislative failures with an extremely creative interpretation of the 14th amendment, and one that's not even consistently applied.
- aaomidi 4y agoI am too. I mean the democrats have consistently failed in delivering meaningful and lasting change. Sigh. I hope we wake up as a society a bit.
