I don't understand why the display in Teslas are always so jumpy/glitchy. For example the road. Sometimes parts of the road turn on and off. Or cars and pedest

I don't understand why the display in Teslas are always so jumpy/glitchy. For example the road. Sometimes parts of the road turn on and off. Or cars and pedestrians jumping all over the place. Doesn't Tesla do some kind of estimation where objects will be next?
