Incident of interest shortly after the 8 minute mark. Description: after right turn around 8 min, a few second of travel later it crosses left across lanes in preparation for a left turn. Instead of just changing lanes in preparation, then entering the well marked left turn lane, it prematurely crosses (double yellow) into what I think is dead-space between the alternating turn lanes (shared with oncoming traffic); there is no indication it's going to straighten.
