I ran a small social network. These are active accounts. But active accounts usually are a small percentage of total accounts, especially when it comes to bot networks, because bot spammers usually create huge quantities of accounts in advance, so that as soon as one bot goes down, another spins up to take its place. I'd be surprised if 80% of the total accounts on twitter aren't bots.
