Lichess is a recent discovery of mine. I just play anonymously (without log-in) and so there is no rating to be concerned about and just moving the pieces around and having the opponent react already makes me feel seen; like I'm not just a passive participant in life. Wordle is a nice diversion as well. Another thing is LichessTV which is just watching other people play chess and helps passes the time in a relaxing way; compared to watching people play games on Twitch which feels more distracting and time-consuming.
