- eimrine 4y agoI think all of that is easily possible if you can extract text from audio. To tell the truth, I would prefer a simple CLI util which can input an audio and output a text without any Internets (which is impossible unless we are recognizing same few words like "ok google", "alexa", you know what I mean). What actions I would do with the text-recognizing util on offline computer - not a question for you at all, most of your ideas are trivial.
