What does gradual typing provide that good type inference and ability to use placeholder types doesn't?
- LAC-Tech 4y agoGood question - I've never used a language with placeholder types, so I cannot say. I believe Haskell has them, is that where you've used them?

I mainly use Swift these days but I haven't had a need for them yet so was asking out of curiosity.
