If AVRs are DSLRs, then Sonos is Leica, not the iPhone. Sonos is the expensive option that found & cemented a niche audience on an experience. Soundbars are what's killing AVRs for what's left of the 'home theater' market. They're much easier to setup and deliver a good enough experience. For everyone else, it's laptops & tablets with maybe a pair of headphones.
