I think its the open office layout and commuting which are not good. We need to go back to private office space and start with local work hubs where people live

I think its the open office layout and commuting which are not good. We need to go back to private office space and start with local work hubs where people live. Its also quite insane to spend 1-2 hours of commute per day back and forth to and from the office. Commute time is mostly waste.
