For example, the concurrent phenibut use Absolutely, but benzos are a temporary fix regardless of anything else. They can't fix underlying causes. Obviously people can pop a xanax every once in a while and not go crazy like me, but if you're doing that, perhaps you should look into other treatments like modern SSRI's.
