Being short doesn’t mean you can’t reach the top shelves, because you can just use a ladder! Height tests are bogus, I scored 5’3” in one, but I’m really good at basketball!” It’s silly and overshadows the really interesting scientific investigations that are possible because we have this great measure. I'm not saying that. I'm saying if you don't know what IQ tests measure, you don't know what the external factors are causing.
