I use benzo to reduce anxiety, not for sleeping. In some situations, I'm so anxious that I'm not able to work properly (e.g. giving an important talk, dealing with stressful situation at work). Benzo magically removes the anxiety and let me function properly. This isn't my experience with cannabis: it does relieve anxiety but it also makes me unable to get anything done, which defeats the purpose.
