Please reread it, the issue was that due to world conditions it took longer than expected, which was explained but not accepted
- bowsamic 4y agoYes I’m saying I think they are right to get angry about the delay
- csydas 4y agoCan you explain why? It's not something under most people's control except for customs and the shipping. At a certain point it's not something the shipper can influence. What would be the appropriate action to such a situation in your opinion if it's on its way but delayed by uncontrollable factors (like let's say, a war) Edit: also delay is a bit different than not giving. Again it's not like we weren't apologetic, but somtimes there are things we cannot control
- bowsamic 4y agoYou should not advertise that you can send them if you cannot. Are you telling new customers clearly that there is likely to be a huge delay?
- csydas 4y agoAs written several times, the delays appeared unexpected due to COVID and later the war in Ukraine. Again, what exactly should be done in such a situation? Also, what about such a situation makes verbally abusing support personnel reasonable? This isn't about being expressing they're disappointed or angry, it's about abusive people lashing out over factors no one can control
