I wrote a long comment and then deleted it. I'm just here to say benzos are no joke. Do not take them unless you absolutely have to. Please, stop taking them if you suspect you are dependent, with a professional helping you taper and prescribing alternative non-benzo drugs as needed. Benzos are a deal with Satan incarnate. They can be lifesaving but they extract a terrible cost.
