Haha I was thinking the same thing - and that falls under the umbrella of “design” too. Do not have hostile design! I’ve tried to make my website absolutely non-hostile as a philosophy. No email harvesting, no data collection (besides Google analytics), no obnoxious loud flashy ads, minimal text-forward design. The web is a chaotic place. So make it look good and don’t attack your users!
