So will he move to repeal egregious NEW taxes that have been heaped upon residents, like the extra gas tax applied a few years ago with the lie that it was necessary for road maintenance (CA already has massive gas taxes for that)? There should also be windfalls (for counties, I guess) derived from home sales and the explosive increase in prices, which drive massive, automatic, and immediate increases in property taxes in CA.
