  I didn't get Access Denied, in the US. I wonder if they only serve to the US. Weird, although I guess it must be pretty unusual that people in France care about the ERCOT status.

    I didn't get access denied from Canada.

    It even says: "If you believe you have a valid business reason for accessing ERCOT resources, please contact the ERCOT ServiceDesk at ServiceDesk@ercot.com"

  Access denied from Tunisia. Works fine on USA VPN.
