Stephen J. Crothers on Non-Existence of Black Holes
- DemocracyFTW2 4y agoThe unshortened title is "Stephen J. Crothers on Non-existence of Black Holes & The Failure of General Relativity." just so you know. I guess many folks who feel sniped or piqued by "non-existence of black holes" will get hit, damaged, sunk by "failure of GR". The video shows a link to a site (https://vixra.org/author/stephen_j_crothers https://vixra.org/author/stephen_j_crothers) featuring over 100 of the speaker's papers with enticing titles like "Einstein’s Pseudotensor a Meaningless Concoction of Mathematical Symbols", "Special Theory of Relativity: Logical Inconsistencies", "On the Logical Inconsistency of Einstein's Time Dilation" and so on. Based on the video, author's not afraid to walk through the actual formulas for what it's worth. For teasers here the abstract to his 2016 (2018) pamphlet "LIGO at the University of Queensland" reads: "On Tuesday the 6th of December 2016, professor David Reitze, the Director of LIGO, delivered a 'keynote' conference lecture to high school science teachers at the University of Queensland. He reiterated claims that the LIGO-Virgo Collaboration detected gravitational waves produced by two merging black holes some 1.3 billion light years from Earth. By and large the school teachers sat passively, thoughtlessly absorbing his claims without criticism. Big bang cosmology is now taught to students as young as twelve in Queensland, as a matter of official curriculum. Yet this cosmology is demonstrably false on many levels. When scientific facts were put to him professor Reitze retreated to 'hand waving'. That LIGO did not detect gravitational waves or black holes is easily proven. The letter herein was sent to professor Reitze, inviting his arguments in defence of LIGO." Oh yeah could make for a nice dinner party conversation. Nice 'scare quotes' there and I like the manner in which he delivers a totally emotionally divested broadside with "passively, thoughtlessly absorbing" teachers (followed by some 'just think of the children' smoke grenades), all fired right the same moment he walks through that door, wasting no time. I for one have only mild interest into wasting my time to delve into even more detail than I did above, but of course if someone with too much free time on their hands could come up with more substantial quotes and insight what Mr Crothers is after and so on, that would be a treat. Maybe start with his claim that relativistic time dilation and length contraction are inconsistent with Lorentz transformation: https://vixra.org/pdf/1703.0007v2.pdf https://vixra.org/pdf/1703.0007v2.pdf (9 pages so not too long). As for the site where this is published: "ViXra.org is an e-print archive set up as an alternative to the popular arXiv.org service owned by Cornell University. It has been founded by scientists who find they are unable to submit their articles to arXiv.org because of Cornell University's policy of endorsements and moderation designed to filter out e-prints that they consider inappropriate. ViXra.org has no association with arXiv.org or Cornell. ViXra is an open repository for new scientific articles. It does not endorse e-prints accepted on its website, neither does it review them against criteria such as correctness or author's credentials."
