- passerby1 4y agoGoogle loves to provide support, but for its customers only. Customer is a one who pays them millions of dollars for ads.
- binarymax 4y agoThat’s not support, it’s account management :)
- GuB-42 4y agoNo they don't, you are going to find plenty of horror stories from people who make Google money. Content/app creators, people paying for ads, G-suite customers, Pixel phone buyers, etc... Maybe it is different for companies literally paying millions of dollars, but don't expect more than bot treatment below that.
- cal85 4y agoI’m a paying customer. They do not like to provide support.
- robk 4y agoThey hate unprofitable service. If they can give email away why should you get service without paying?
