- andrew_ 4y agoI believe you're neglecting the cascade effect. If those people had children (they did) then their emphasis on education and the kind of rearing for children that encourages more intelligence was surely effected.
- staticassertion 4y agoSure, I'm willing to buy that it's related, but it's going to definitely be tertiary effects and not that the population is poisoned.
