Well, if you read the Twitter stuff for these ‘investors’, I don’t think it is very different. They got told by random gurus or ads it is a good idea (for investing) or the only way (‘because traditional finance sucks and you are doomed using it’) and they really believed it. This lack of morality or wilful ignorance, I would be willing to bet, is a very small % of the crypto community. I am also willing to bet that same small % make the most. But I cannot prove anything of course.
