- TheRealNGenius 4y agoBy this metric, the ISS is clearly not in outer space then. Nor any satellites. Seems like parent threw their sense of logic to boise as well.
- dotancohen 4y agoI believe that the adjective "outer" is superfluous and does not change the meaning of the sentence. "Outer space" is synonymous with "space", which by the generally accepted definition begins at 100 km altitude (about 62 miles).
