I don't know what kind of headphones you have but none of mine can be "taken over" while music is playing. Most don't do that.

- grujicd 4y agoMost of my problems are with JBL Charge 4, which I often share with friends. Multiple phones get paired and connected during a day. Notifications definitely can stop currently played music from another phone in this case.
