Which of those are conspiracy theories? Hasn't Gates publicly spoken about all of those things?

  The notion that anything Gates has spoken about has scary implications. For example “massive landholder”, so? Wants the world to be fed synthetic beef. So? Wants a centrally managed pandemic. So? Connection to Epstein. Orly? The answers to my questions above (ie. so what) are the batshit crazy conspiracy theories.

    As long as you don't foresee any issue with massive central control of food supply, medical response or synthetic products, sure, there's no implications whatsoever. But handing over that sort of control should never be done 'for free.' Then there's the obvious question, why is Gates so focused on emerging economies when there are many, many local problems to solve, albeit more expensive and not so easily monetizable...
