The solution is to use hydrogen for those things. If that is not possible, something like carbon capture or e-Fuels. This is very nearly a solved problem, we just don't want to do it or haven't gotten to it yet.
- ncmncm 4y agoPlants for utility-scale production by electric synthesis of ammonia take a long time to build out. The first GW-scale ones are under construction, planned to come online in 2026. We will need hundreds, maybe thousands more in coming decades. Invest in companies making ammonia synthesis plants, that is a growth industry!
