> 64% of organizations have already been the victims of ransomware attacks.
That seems unbelievably high, but I cannot be arsed to dig in and understand their methodology. All organizations? It is a mystery I guess we will never know.
- belter 4y agoThis is the report. "How business executives perceive ransomware threat": https://www.kaspersky.com/blog/anti-ransomware-day-report/ https://www.kaspersky.com/blog/anti-ransomware-day-report/ Methodology: "Kaspersky conducted research with 900 respondents across North America, South America, Africa, Russia, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Research took place in April 2022 with those in senior non-IT management (such as CEOs, VP and Director level) and business owners or partners at companies with 50—1000 employees."
