I got myopia during an age where I was exposed to very bright light everyday. Playing cricket everyday under scorching hot southern India summers didn't help prevent it.
- jaggederest 4y agoYes it's not 100%, still ~20% of people have myopia with bright light exposure daily, but ~70%+ have myopia without bright light exposure, so it's definitely worth paying attention to.
