What is the mechanism of this? Can you link sources?
- SemanticStrengh 4y agoIt's Bilberry, not Berberine, I always confuse the two.. Here's the study. I have no idea wether the mechanism is from a classical antioxidant/anti-inflammatory/senolytic/pro autophagic mechanism or if bilberry has a unique action mechanism.
